WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

Jungle Club CA accepts BITCOIN, PayPal, Zelle and Apple Pay with Bitcoin being our primary method of Payment.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship  within United States and Canada, We do ship in  Europe but shipping will last between 3 to 7 days, excluding Africa.

 
HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

If you would like to request a refund or an exchange please read our Return Policy and fill out the Return Form on that page. We will get back to you within 48 hours with more information and instructions.

 
Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Yes. With easy 30-day returns on all international orders.

 
Why is my tracking info not updating?

Unfortunately, we have noticed that USPS does not always update their tracking when items are received at the post office. This is an ongoing issue with the Postal Service. However, we do always stick to our Same Day Shipping policy.

How do I track my order?
